Our business started more than 15 years ago in a small room just across from the outdoor pool at the Council’s Sutherland Leisure Centre.
Our new, larger and better-appointed clinic is across from the Loftus train station - at 103a Loftus Avenue. This new facility provides the same great treatment delivered by dedicated and professional male & female therapists. Value-added benefits include on-street parking, larger treatment rooms, air conditioning and a relaxing reception area. EFTPOS facilities and health fund receipts can be provided.
Many of our clients are athletes – cyclists, swimmers, runners, triathletes, bodybuilders, or individuals focused on achieving optimum performance in their sport or fitness regime of choice. They spend time and energy perfecting their techniques, are interested in their health and wellbeing and rely on their remedial therapist to retain their body’s flexibility and suppleness to minimize injuries and strains.
Biomechanics Massage Therapy will assess your unique needs and provide you with an individualized treatment plan to address those needs.

I suffer from severe migraine headaches. Shelley diagnosed that it’s got a lot to do with the displacement of my jaw, which I think I was born with. I know there are also things I eat that can bring on a migraine. I always get relief after a treatment from her, and I trust her methods.
I have recently increased my training regime – trying to get fitter and lose some weight. I book a deep tissue massage about once a month for maintenance, and definitely after a running event. I don’t have as much muscle soreness when I get a post-event massage.
